Furthermore is there a need to ask before works are used and especially the latest design should not be promoted by random protagonists of EU or Germany, who did literally everything possible, especially the last 1,5 years to avoid rational interaction. There should be of course no further benefit taken as guaranteed. Maybe there are still misunderstandings, whom or how to contact or how to talk to a person.
