Piling up for peace

Related to past, current and ongoing unacceptable developments in and around the Israel area- I developed an alternating concept, based on integration, not further isolation of this country. The basically wrong tendencies to assume/accuse literally everybody would be an enemy per se, led to the most catastrophic situation, they ever have been in. The twisted conglomerate of hatred, revenge, feuds, inhumanity and of course total loss of measures of relations in efforts to defeat themselves and being a threat to others at the same time – can be structured in other more effective
ways, which can guarantee the further existence of the artificially created country and offers peaceful development opportunities beyond children killing and irrational profit generation efforts. To cut this spiral of violence, but cover security demands and needs at the same time, which are in the case of Israel of course more significant, than in already and over centuries developed countries with very different mentalities compared to the situation of a less than 100 years old ‚experiment‘. The permanent defense, piracy and terror mode can be switched in an only existential mode by
focusing on development of more appreciated activities, like intercultural exchange, economical beneficial ties with neighboring countries, etc. A huge problem, but not only in Israel is the mindset to generate profit by extra initiating and creating conflict situations to increase gross national products based on weaponry production, trades and sales. And losing there the inventory overview, what is circling on related markets and can cause further unpredictable sources of conflicts. The concept is orientated on the island principle, which excludes any directly next to land bordering. Further advantages are for example better operable zones, manageable areas and last but not least minimization and avoidance of conflicts, spontaneous attacks or terror incidents- which are the main concerns since decades. To overcome the paradox of illegal land reclamation and reaction of the occupied opponent or forced to react party, cannot be exercised til ultimo, in ways the world witnessed since the country`s foundation.

The concept orientates on already existing, functional examples – like in the Emirate of Dubai, where I recherched in 2023, how this kind of additional land reclamation was technically constructed, what are possible dimensions, how statics work, how many units are possible and if habitation quality can be standardized and reproduced in larger scales. Regular irrigation with fresh water can be carried out, for example, through artificial rain generation. Desalination plants or complex water treatment systems are not necessary, but a further option.

The country’s existence is still only possible with enormous assistance from others. As can be inferred, for example, from the financial outlays of the Federal Republic of Germany or the United States. Funds that will no longer be needed in the future, since there will be no further justification for financial support for weaponry and arms purchases/ sales or other funding for aid programs of war and terror effected by applying the islands solution—given that all security concerns and the threat or fear of terrorist attacks will be excluded and managed through Israel’s full self-control. A further aspect is the reduction of migration caused by weaponized conflicts, initiated by Israel and reason for extra refugee housing costs and for accommodating expenses of war effected people, fleeing these circumstances for example to Europe. (Current example is Ukraine, where tax payments are used for buying weaponry and militarization first, but also for refugee accommodation, too later. Practically doubled expenses, without direct benefits for those who pay, which is a non-transparent allocation of funds without guarantees or a requirement to provide proof of use.)

The concept reduces migration efforts and stops double spending for weaponry and refugee accommodation and equates Israel’s permanent defense narrative to encourage other countries for related spending sprees. Expenses, which resulted in practically no result since the country was founded. And actually let increase only anit-semitism. Despite enormous solidarity and assistance, Israel has, even after several decades, failed to develop into a civilized and accepted society beyond its defensive or victim narrative.

A n example of positions off shore as connectable units or reachable by ferry lines I JL 2026 I The square-shaped area marks the security and surveillance zone that Israel would have to manage and operate independently and at its own expense, without further financial support from other countries, once the artificial islands have been constructed. How to access the residential developments—whether via interconnected bridges or a ferry network, as in Stockholm, Geneva, Venice, Greece, or the Baltic Sea—is a matter of individual discretion and related to how the settlements are managed.
B est Material: Sand / silicon dioxide (SiO²) – which can be taken directly from desert regions in the Middlle East. A shortage of raw materials in this regard is not expected in the coming centuries. Furthermore, the material, which is available regionally at all times, can be obtained inexpensively without the need for complex logistics operations.
C onstruction and Planning – with experts, who built already functional examples. Countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Japan, the Netherlands, and China—as well as experts with experience in coastal and marine land reclamation and reinforcement—are leaders in drainage and dam construction technologies and land reclamation techniques using the appropriate technical equipment. Structurally, it is also possible to add additional stories or construct intermediate structures once the sediment layers in the water have settled. An estimated 10 to 20 years were calculated here to achieve the necessary strength and consolidation on the sea floor. Since a drop in the Mediterranean Sea’s water level is expected over the next 50 to 100 years, this should also be taken into account in the design of the foundation structures..
D esign example bird as view perspective during a flight at night over illuminated area, built as circle modules. The concept is primarily based on the ability to separate or connect specific areas as needed, and it also incorporates the possibility of expansion as a reproducible modular concept. Circular shapes are not strictly necessary; asymmetrical, rectangular, or square floor plans are also possible. Lakeside properties and coastal real estate are among the most expensive in the world. As a result, difficulties in selling or investing would be virtually nonexistent. There’s no more spectacular—and, above all, ethically correct—way to live and work.
E xample Dubai with artificial land reclamation for additional habitation purposes. Based on my research into coastal areas, development possibilities, and technical stages of development across different eras —around the world—this solution is the most appropriate one for addressing all security considerations, as well as expansion efforts (which, as practiced by Israel to date, have not elicited a positive response—but rather have provoked nothing but horror, anti-semitism and incomprehension around the world) and of course to have economic development opportunities beyond the military industry.

Internal displacement and emigration, apocalyptic perspectives of the future, depression, or anxiety about the possibility of being attacked at any moment cannot be prevented or altered by more military installations or oversized surveillance systems. This realization should already have set in. A change in these conditions can only come about through alternative solutions.– And especially when it comes to events—whether fabricated or real, as communicated—such as September 11, 2001, in New York, they can only be addressed with effective strategies, not with paranoia or xenophobia. It goes without saying that coming to terms with these past catastrophes must also have consequences. One of them is that life must go on somehow, despite everything. And preferably without violence and terror, which only serve to line the pockets of those who profit from fear. Unfortunately, that is still Israel’s current image. That can be changed and as independently as possible their own.
